The manager Bob was extremely friendly and polite, and even showed me some 'to-do' items on my truck after the service was completed. Also, he did an amazing job helping me schedule my appointment, even calling me back a couple times, since I was unable to drop my car off at the original appointment time. The entire staff seemed happy to be there and was easy to have conversation with. It honestly set the tone for the rest of a great day and with the price match I will be using Mavis exclusively from now on. (A local Firestone nearly totaled one of my cars when backing out of the bay, and despite repairs my car will never be the same.
