Perfect service. Well managed. After multiple tries at another shop, the guys at NTB dialed in the horrible vibration and steering issues my 13 year old Chevy had. Easily explained the issues to me and handled them. No new parts needed. One of the guys even stayed late to help get it done. So pleased with the communications with the manager. She showed interest and care during the appointment, and the conversation was very open and welcoming. Would have no problem sending my wife there with her car alone to get service. Not something I would have EVER done in the past. Keep it up!
