There is no better example of perfect service than my experience on Fri. I pulled in, with no appt. at 3:32pm with a flat tire and left with an identical new tire at 4:02. The service and tire was 40.00 cheaper than I expected. They were helpful, pleasant experts who actually appear to get enjoyment from surpassing customer expectations.

Just want to make it known that the team that operates the Mavis in Morristown is excellent. Very trustworthy and good outcomes thus far. What impressed me in a prior visit was addressing a tire puncture the right way by taking a wheel off to patch/repair, where another shop may have thought it to be inconvenient. Have also had tires installed and alignment done recently, and the car drives like it should. Everyone is always friendly too.
