It was great. Your team was so helpful today. Josie walked me through an issue that 3 other tire shops could not seem to understand. She looked at my tire and told me exactly what I needed without upselling me, and even sat patiently on the phone with my tire warranty folks and had all the info they needed to reimburse me. She teamed up with Xavier to determine the best solution and he was friendly and communicative as well. I tried BJ's Tire Shop, Monro, and Firestone before walking into Mavis, and Josie immediately made it clear I was finally going to get my problem solved.

The staff at the Newburgh Route 300 Mavis were wonderful. I did not have an appt and it was close to closing my car had a critical warning light on. When I went in the gentleman behind the desk (I don't remember his name but he was great) came out to look at my car right away and saw I was missing a timing belt and could not drive the vehicle. Will was kind enough to stay to get the job done. My overall experience any time I have been there has been great, all the employees over the years have been very kind, helpful and professional.
