I wanted to let you know that the gentleman who helped me when I walked in at 5:58 pm on Monday evening could not have been nicer or more helpful. I believe his name was Timothy. I could tell he was worried I would be upset that my car could not be fixed that night (I was not; I knew that I arrived as the store was closing), and he still did everything he could to make sure I would receive great service and be satisfied.
