I love this location. Every visit has been a great experience at this location. My most recent I called as I was enroute and not knowing what to expect because it was a Saturday mid morning and we all know how the weekends can be with unexpected events occur when you need assistance with a tire and all shops are filled or too busy to take you in. Well this location has always been on my radar anytime I need servive for my tires. Never been turned away. Aris and Joe are very good with customers. They will explain in detail what is needed for your car, and will even show you on your car why its needed and explain. I'm a female who has always been treated like a dummy and taken advantage of by mechanics telling me I need things I really dont need. I met Aris at the NTB 5 minutes from home and he was wonderful. I was finally treated like a friend instead of a money pit. He has been transfered to Joliet and I finally found him again... woo hoo... I will now travel 45 minutes to take my car there. Anyone, ESPECIALLY women, needing work done on their car for a fair price, with a smile, and absolutly no lies should go there. Besides all this, the place is very clean, including the shop area where they work on the cars. Also, every employee I encountered was very nice. Next time you need work done on your car, go there, you will then have a new place that will be the only place you take your car to. - Richton Park, IL
