Meeting new brake pads for the two rear tires of my 2014 Chevy Camaro super sport convertible I did the legwork to get different estimates in and around town.. all communications with the representatives at my nearby Mavis brake and tire location was brief, precise and reassuring that I would not be taken advantage of and no further work or charges would be added without consent. i worked with Richard Young. I made arrangements via the call center without realizing and given instructions to proceed with a 40m turn around. Upon arrival, Rich explained he would do his best as he had 3 of the 4 bays occupied with cars and mechanics. I explained to Rich that i was on a lunch break and he assured me he would do his best to meet the window of return. I watched him physically roll up his sleeves and work on my car personally with another mechanic to replace two of my tires and rotate them. apart from having low air pressure indicator go off after i left, experience was seamless and i was beyond thankful. i will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it! - Ridgeway, CT
