Stacy ROCKS ! She is ALWAYS Cordial, Professional, Knowledgable, Friendly and SO HELPFUL. She is one of the reasons I keep returning. Your other front desk employees (that I've ever had) are GREAT too....Great job whoever LEADS MAVIS as it really does all START at the top. My only sadness is that (Stacy helped me get a mavis cc a few years ago) ..I used it and paid it on time and paid it off too ..when I went to use it a few months ago, it was not working :( I called Mavis headquarters and they said the reviewed by CREDIT SCORE and saw that it was low so they closed my account... I was (and still am dumbfounded) as I work SO hard and yes, may not have a great credit score (my husband is ill, I care for my 90 year old mom, and have to pay loads of bills) ...BUT I am always on time w/my credit cards, and payments, and would hope to be reconsidered for a Mavis credit card as it is not always that I have the cash on hand and am in need of car repairs, the credit card (although just 300/400 credit line, was SO helpful and helped ease my already stressed and somewhat depressed mind.
