I originally booked an appointment through the corporate office as I asked them to price match tires I saw elsewhere. I spoke with Ms. Nina C., and it was the best customer service experience I have ever received. Then going to the local Mavis tire shop, I met Fred and Anthony, who put the new tires on my wife's car. Small issue with the TPMS light coming on, I brought it back and they immediately fixed it. I also asked Fred & Anthony about a check engine light on my other car, and brought it in, and they said they will try to fix. I was able to leave my other car, and they fixed it by the end of the day. What great service!
