I came in with rear tire problems asking Chris to diagnose the problem and give me a price. He called me back by noon and explained the problems, gave me prices and recommended solutions. I asked him to forgo some of the work for later, for financial reason. He accepted my request, at the same time he explained why the work needed to be done. The work requested was done by 3 PM, ahead of time for me to pick up my car and drive it home. He also game me tips on how to save money on the future repairs. I liked these guys and recommend them. As stated above ~ this service team could have closed and sent me on a very scary ride home, (I live 1.5 hours away), but instead, they said no problem and put a new tire on within 1/2 hour, even though they were supposed to be closing.
