This was the most outstanding visit. Car repair is such a daunting experience and this was the complete opposite. From the moment we walked in the door, Darren put us at ease and explained everything. He is the epitome of what a car repair shop manager should be. Not only was he able to complete my mother's car the same day, it was done even earlier than promised. I have one less thing to worry about should something go wrong with her car when I'm not here.
