I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received today. After several failed attempts to replace my tire (at another business), Mavis was able to do so on our first attempt. I ordered the tire, it arrived as communicated and was installed this evening. (I'm trusting it's the right tire, as it's dark and I didn't think to check before I left.) The service advisor, Larry, was very pleasant... cordial... and personable. He reassured me that they would complete my service request accurately. Angel, the manager, was just as pleasant and helpful, addressing my needs in a manner that made me feel valued. I told him that I was not told that the car needed an alignment and he gave me a discount on the alignment.
