Excellent customer service and technician workmanship. Went in for new brakes and possible rotors. The appointment was right on time at 8:00am, when service manager, Tim, greeted us and explained the process. I was able to speak to the technician also, who explained that the rotors were in good shape, along with the rear brake pads. He recommended changing the front brake pads only. The brake technician was professional and skilled in the results. The front brakes were done at 9:12am and we were provided a complete description of the repair, cost, and suggestions for future driving conditions. We are grateful for the way we were treated and the service provided. Thank you and we recommend this location.

I am extremely satisfied with my neighborhood Tuffy/Mavis. The manager, Tim, and his staff are knowledgeable and personable. I recommend to all my clients and friends.
