Carlos and JJ were great and so were the people I dealt with in the shop. I had a flat tire from hitting a storm drain, so I called the shop. They looked at it on a Saturday morning but had to order a new tire, which would arrive by Tuesday. They did something cool, they called another shop that had the tire and got it faster. I left my car there and got a call in the afternoon saying it was ready. That was fast and awesome! The people at the shop were really nice and careful. I like to keep my car super clean, and they put paper mats on the floor and covered the seats with plastic before driving it. I was really impressed with their service. Awesome experience, I appreciate their respect for their clients.
