I went to action tire on 2/19 and the employee let me know that my car will take a couple of hours due to short staff. I was not surprised and he communicated with me what the time maybe. I understand that staff shortage is everywhere. What really impressed me is the employee knew my name when walking in and knew exactly what my appointment was about, without ever meeting me. Great service always, I'll definitely be back.
