Brandon took great care to honor all my requests for my car and help me navigate two tire repairs (nails/metal in a tire) right before closing. He explained everything thoroughly, listened to me, and stayed late. Because of the team's excellent service, I was able to have my car back and repaired so that I could meet my 7:30 am meetings the next morning!
