I had a great experience at NTB. I arrived on a Monday to ask for a price quote for my brake pads and rotors. They gave me an estimate that was lower than the two other places I asked. They also said they had an appointment the same/next day. I arrived the next day and Antonio and the other gentlemen were friendly and funny. I felt like I could trust them. They texted me with an update while they were fixing my car. When I returned to NTB they not only informed me of the condition of my brake pads, but they showed me the damage to the brake pads and rotors so I could learn! And then showed me the "learning center" board where I could understand further. It was a great experience!!!! I will be recommending this NTB location to friends.

The staff went above and beyond. I stopped by the store just at closing the night before to ask the gentleman if he could remove my wheel locks tomorrow. He was very kind and even took time to look at my car at closing before reassuring me that they would be able to help me tomorrow. The following day I arrived bright and early and he even remembered my name and got me right in and out. Great customer service goes a long with me and I will be back.
