I had a great experience at NTB. I arrived on a Monday to ask for a price quote for my brake pads and rotors. They gave me an estimate that was lower than the two other places I asked. They also said they had an appointment the same/next day. I arrived the next day and Antonio and the other gentlemen were friendly and funny. I felt like I could trust them. They texted me with an update while they were fixing my car. When I returned to NTB they not only informed me of the condition of my brake pads, but they showed me the damage to the brake pads and rotors so I could learn! And then showed me the "learning center" board where I could understand further. It was a great experience!!!! I will be recommending this NTB location to friends.
