Mr. Ford took the time out to locate my valve caps after I had left the facility and when I returned to retorque my wheels, he had them for me. Yes, the valve cap was a "small issue," but his response was delivering excellent customer service.

It's all about Mercedes. If you didn't have her at the front. I would not have been as happy about the service. She kept everything clear professional and thorough.
