I drove a 150 miles a day so having my tires rotated every 5000 miles is very important to me. I called to make an appointment early morning for a late afternoon appointment. James #8162 took my request by phone and put me at easy assuring me that he could have the work done at my requested time. I also get my oil changed at a local oil change location at 5000 miles which causes me to make 2 different stops which eats up a lot of time, with the assurance that I received from James that the work could be done as I requested. I have decided to bring my oil change business to Mavis. I can say enough about how James reassured me and delivered on the service I requested!!! Got out of work at 7pm and noticed I lost most of the air in my tire due to a nail. I checked on my phone for the nearest tire service and Mavis Tire came up. I'm thinking I'm not going to get anything done so late in the day and employees wanting to go home for the the day. When arriving I immediately was attended to. I greatly appreciate the great service and especially all the employees making me feel comfortable and not guilty for bringing my vehicle in at the close of the day. I will certainly be bringing my vehicle to Mavis Tire again if needed and will refer family and friends as well.
