I drove a 150 miles a day so having my tires rotated every 5000 miles is very important to me. I called to make an appointment early morning for a late afternoon appointment. James #8162 took my request by phone and put me at easy assuring me that he could have the work done at my requested time. I also get my oil changed at a local oil change location at 5000 miles which causes me to make 2 different stops which eats up a lot of time, with the assurance that I received from James that the work could be done as I requested. I have decided to bring my oil change business to Mavis. I can say enough about how James reassured me and delivered on the service I requested!!!
