I wasn't going to do an alignment with the new tires, however I was convinced to do one after I had been offered one for only $40 by the manager. After getting the car back I knew immediately that it hadn't actually been aligned even though I had paid the $40 for one. My steering wheel was turned to the right slightly while I was driving straight which is a clear indication that an alignment had not been done.very disappointing!" - ,
